I have to say Blair and his team are great folks to work with. The c class my wife and I bought is laid out exactly what she needed. It has 2 air conditioners on it which will cool the rv really great in this heat we are having. The only thing is I thought with 2 air units it would have 50 amp service but when I got home I found out it is on 30 amps. It’s my mistake by not looking closer by we will deal with it because the rv for the most part is great. Autobank RV is a great place to buy from but it’s the personal that makes it great. I recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a RV.

Outstanding service. I came here and got my car setup to flat tow. They were prompt and professional and gave a fair rate. When I got there when it was finished and we started the demo we realized that there was an electrical issue with the Rv that was a year old and we just bought from a major dealer which I won’t name names (CW :)). We tried calling them and they said they couldn’t help. The technician (Brian) said let me see what I can figure out and spent 30 minutes fixing the electrical issue on the RV. I thought dang this is gonna be a couple hundred bucks but when I went in to pay the bill for the extra help Josh (service manager) said it’s all good no payment. This showed me that Autobank really cares about their customers and not gauging me to make an extra buck. Next time I need service or am in the market for another RV, Autobank will be first place I go.

My wife and I have been traveling through the Greenville area for the past 5+ years to visit friends. We stop on our way to Florida and our route takes us by this dealership. This year we decided to stop and look. We had been looking to upgrade from our 2001 Class A. Blair and his staff were very accommodating in our purchase of our new to us 2018 Tiffin. I took it to a campground for a weekend and brought it back on Monday with a list of needed “punch list” items. The service staff took their time to make sure everything was right before heading back home to Buffalo,NY. Upon getting back to Buffalo I found another item which needed to be addressed. Blair made good on the repair through my service guy in Buffalo. That showed me a commitment to taking care of their customer. I would recommend Autobank RV sales to anyone looking for an RV. People say to avoid dealers when buying an RV, I say baloney. Both dealers I bought my RV’s from were from small family owned businesses who take care of their customers.

I bought a camper several days ago. I called Auto Bank RV to make sure everything is set up right. I spoke with Blair, who was fabulous, because I don't know anything about a camper. They are going out today to make sure everything works perfectly. He was wonderful! I'll have peace of mind knowing that experts have taken care of my camper and are minutes away, if I need anything.
